Opening the plenary meeting on September 16, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said: "A year ago, the Ukrainian and European Parliaments simultaneously ratified the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. Many Ukrainians have paid for that with their lives."
