Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine on state procurements to bring them in line with international standards and to combat corruption"

The draft law aims to substantially lower the level of corruption risks, to introduce preventive mechanisms from abuse of appealing procedures during state procurements, to raise the level of competition through the simplification of participation of businesses in procurement procedures, to bring the system of state procurements in line with international standards.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2087а.
