Groysman: laws we adopt must facilitate development of civil society

In his speech on September 15, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman noted that "we have to switch from the anti-crisis decision-making process to the systemic well-balanced and well-weighted work. The basis for that can be the Plan for Legislative Support to Reforms passed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine…"
