Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision recommends Ukrainian Parliament send draft law "On external labor" for additional adaptation

According to the Committee, the draft law No. 2330a aims to implement the action plan for the liberalization of the visa regime by the European Union for Ukraine.

The draft law offers to determine the rights and social guarantees of labor migrants and their family members, as well as the organizational and legal framework for the labor activity in a foreign state.

The Committee members said the draft law was declarative and framework, which was evidenced by the fact that the references to other legislative acts of Ukraine were mentioned in 11 of the 21 Articles of the draft law.

The people's deputies-Committee members found the draft law's provisions on production of a labor agreement before going abroad by a party assisting in the employment, if individual labor arrangement is signed, to be unclear.
