Verkhovna Rada Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to activity of technological parks) as a basis

The draft law No. 2216a is aimed at the creation of favorable conditions to intensify activity of technological parks. The draft law was elaborated by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in order to implement a number of governmental programs.

Basically, the adoption of the said draft law would simplify the order of establishment of technological parks and ensure proper legal framework for their activity.

As a result of the Committee voting, it was decided to recommend that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt the said draft law.
