Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to organization of 1st election to local councils and election of village, small town and city heads)

The Law introduces amendments into Laws of Ukraine "On local election" and "On voluntary unification of territorial communities" to bring the system of local self-government bodies representation in line with the law, to improve the procedure of unification of territorial communities taking in account the principles of reformation of the local election system, and the agreement of procedures to hold the first election along with regular local election in 2015.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 3008.
