Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On e-commerce"

The legislative act determines organizational and legal principles of activity in the field of e-commerce in Ukraine, sets the order of e-transactions using information and telecommunication system and determines rights and liabilities of participants of e-commerce activities.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 0957.
