Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On supplementing Law of Ukraine "On court fee" (as to exemption of participants of anti-terror operations and their family members from payment of court fees)

The legislative act exempts the plaintiffs - the families of those killed - from paying court fees once the application for establishing the fact of death of the person, who died or disappeared in the areas of military action or anti-terror operations and participants of anti-terror operations - for filing claims for disputes relating to the provision of a combatant status in accordance with Item 19, Section 1 of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection."

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1329.
