Verkhovna Rada Committee on Free Speech and Information Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft resolution on state support to publications, scientific, educational and research programs aimed at covering facts of Russia's aggression upon Ukraine as a basis and on the whole

The draft resolution No. 2233a envisions elaboration of the state program for support to publications, scientific, educational and research programs aimed at the covering objective and fair information about the facts of the Russian Federation's aggression upon Ukraine; allocation of respective grants and scholarships; and envisioning of respective funds during the elaboration of the state budget for 2016.
