On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and personally, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman expressed condolences to Chairperson of the National People's Congress Zhang Dejiang upon casualties and significant ruining caused by a powerful blast at the port city of Tianjin.
