In November 2014 - February 2015, Verkhovna Rada Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government organizes and holds number of hearings, roundtables, conferences

In particular, on February 23, 2015, the Committee held a roundtable entitled "Professionalization of the state service and consolidation of civil rights to quality state services in the frames of the discussion of the draft new wording of the Law of Ukraine "On state service." At the roundtable, people's deputies of Ukraine representing all the deputy factions and groups at the Ukrainian Parliament, representatives of Ukrainian authorities, civil society institutions, scientists and experts discussed a number of issues related to the determination of the sphere the law on the state service is spread for, as well as they discussed the improvement of the remuneration of labor and pension coverage for state servants.
