Preparation of draft laws on introduction of amendments into Constitution of Ukraine for consideration of Ukrainian Parliament will be of top-priority for Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy and Justice during 3rd session

In compliance with the approved Action Plan of the Committee for the third session, the Committee will focus on the elaboration and preparation of the constitutional amendments; pay attention to the issues of judicial system, status of judges, legal status of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine; elections and referendums; legislative support of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, central executive bodies and the status and activities of political parties, public associations; judicial activities and the execution of court decisions, civil and administrative laws, civil and administrative proceedings.

The Committee plans to eye and prepare 173 draft laws.

The Committee also plans to hold a number of conferences, seminars, roundtables, and other events.
