The roundtable participants were Volodymyr Shulmeister, the first deputy infrastructure minister of Ukraine; Oleksandr Zavhorodnii, the acting director general of the Ukrzaliznytsia state rail transport administration; Yevhen Kravtsov, the director for reformation, corporate management and property policy of Ukrzaliznytsia; heads of field-specific institutions, representatives of the National Reforms Council, heads of Ukrzaliznytsia, transport and logistic companies, management from agricultural and metallurgical sectors, etc.
The participants of the event noted that the roundtable was the first direct dialogue between transport heads and entrepreneurs over the last several years.
According to Shulmeister, in the frames of the elaboration of the draft law "On railroad transport of Ukraine" the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine plans to totally revise the system of railway tariff making that has not changed for over 60 years.
