Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy and Justice recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft law "On introduction of amendments into Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine" (as to limitation of opportunities to violate procedure rights) as a basis

The draft law No. 2459 offers to supplement the list of types of approvals, appealing against which does not hinder further consideration of a case by the court of first instance, with an approval on opening of proceedings in a case should such an approval be previously appealed against by a party appealing repeatedly. Respective amendments are offered to Section 3 of Article 293 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine.
