Verkhovna Rada hosts meeting of interim investigative commission on investigation into circumstances of conflict in Zakarpattia region

People's deputies heard representatives of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, Security Service of Ukraine, Prosecutor General's Office, State Border Service and the State Fiscal Service as to the tragic events in Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region.

Members of the interim investigative commission supported the proposal to address Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin requesting to organize and guarantee a meeting between members of the commission and the detained members of the Right Sector to hear their point of view as to the events that took place in Mukacheve on July 11.

Next commission meeting is scheduled for August 5.
