Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Tax Code of Ukraine" (as to creation of favorable conditions for provision of education services by non-state preschool and general education institutions)

The Law exempts non-state preschool and general education institutions from payment of income tax, tax on real estate (except for the land tax), autumn-winter season preschool and general education institutions despite the ownership type and sources of financing, culture, science, health care, social protection, physical culture and sports establishments, which are maintained at the expense of state or local budgets.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2276.
