The draft law No. 2315а, submitted by the President of Ukraine, offers to supplement Chapter VI "Final and Transitional Provisions" of Budget Code of Ukraine on an experiment in Odesa, Volyn and Lviv regions" (as to financial support to reconstruction and running repair of public roads of state importance).
