Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to order of transportation of goods to or from antiterrorist operation zone)

The legislative act supplements the Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine with Article 204-3 "Violation of order of transportation of goods to or from the antiterrorist operation zone."

The Law introduces amendments into Section 1, Article 221 of the Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine transferring the powers to consider cases on administrative offences envisioned by Article 204-3 to the competence of judges of district, city district, city or city district courts.

The Law also introduces amendments into Item 1, Section 1, Article 255 of the Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine and allow officials of state customs service bodies to draw up protocols on administrative offences envisioned by Article 204-3, etc.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2109а.
