Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to toughening of responsibility for violation of lawful guarantees to employees drafted for military service) as a basis and on the whole

The Committee members eyed the draft law No. 2035а at the meeting on July 15.

The draft law envisions introduction of amendments into Article 265 of the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine.

The members of the Committee supported the draft law and noted that its adoption would allow enhancement of social protection of employees and realize their right to work during and after their military service.
