Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Tax Code of Ukraine" (as to improvement of administering of VAT)

The legislative act improves the functioning of the system of e-administering of the value added tax (VAT) to provide its further introduction on a permanent basis starting July 1, 2015.

All the terms that touch upon the agricultural sector were withdrawn from the Law.

Respective amendments were introduced into the Tax Code of Ukraine.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2173а.
