Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Article 46 of Law of Ukraine "On combating corruption" (as to amount of information declared by persons authorized to fulfill state functions and functions of local self-government)

The Law introduces amendments into the Law of Ukraine "On combating corruption."

In particular, the Law obliges persons authorized to fulfill state functions and functions of local self-government, inter alia, to declare funds and other assets (both in Ukraine and abroad) they/their family members are beneficiary owners (controllers) of.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2879.
