Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On imposition of moratorium on forced sale of property" (as to mechanisms of influence on enterprises debtors)

The Law offers not to expand the effects of the moratorium set by the Law of Ukraine "On imposition of the moratorium on forced sale of property" for forced sales of property aimed at redemption of debts to the Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint-stock company and its subsidiaries that supplied natural gas on the basis of respective license.

The Law was adopted taking in account proposals.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2956.
