The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Budget Affairs has recommended that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt the adapted draft law "On introduction of amendments into Chapter VI "Final and Transitional Provisions" of Budget Code of Ukraine as to experiment in Odesa, Volyn and Lviv regions" (as to financial support to reconstruction, running repair of public roads of state importance) as a basis and on the whole.
