The Law rules that reassessment of pensions, following a change in the size of at least one of types of cash security for respective categories of servicemen, the persons having the right to such reassessment in compliance with this Law, or following the introduction of new monthly additional types of cash security for the said categories of persons in amounts set by the legislation, not provided through the fault of pension fund bodies and/or state bodies that provide notifications for further reassessment of pensions, is rendered from the date of procurement of the right to it without term limitation.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 1466.
