Verkhovna Rada adopts Resolution "On putting draft law on introduction of amendments into Constitution of Ukraine (as to decentralization of power) on agenda of 2nd session of Verkhovna Rada of 8th convocation and on its further submission for consideration by Constitutional Court of Ukraine"

In compliance with Articles 146 and 148 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has put on the agenda of the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of the eighth convocation the issue on the draft law on introduction of amendments into the Constitution of Ukraine (as to the decentralization of power) presented by the President of Ukraine as urgent, and also sent it for the consideration at the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to receive respective conclusions as to its correspondence to requirements of Articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine.

The decision was passed by 288 people's deputies.

The draft resolution was registered under No. 2217а/П.
