Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On ratification of Agreement on legal status of Regional Environment Center for Central and Eastern Europe"

The Law ratifies the Agreement on the legal status of the Regional Environment Center for Central and Eastern Europe signed in Budapest on July 13, 2011 and signed on behalf of Ukraine in Szentendre (Hungary) on November 9, 2012.

The Agreement enshrines the acknowledgement of the legal status of the Regional Environment Center as an international organization by the Parties.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 0037.
