Verkhovna Rada adopts draft law "On introduction of amendments into Budget Code of Ukraine" (as to financial capacity to provide administrative services by local self-government bodies) as a basis

The draft law No. 2981 offers to send the administrative fee for the state registration of proprietory rights for real estate and their encumbrances, as well as for the services of state registration of legal entities, organizations and individuals-entrepreneurs rendered by executive committees of city councils of cities of regional subordinance, district, city district, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations to the budget general funds of the cities of republican (of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea) and regional subordinance, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol, district budgets, budgets of unified territorial communities established in compliance with the law and the plan for the formation of communities' territories. In compliance with the requirements of the effective Budget Code of Ukraine, the said administrative fee is sent to the general fund of the state budget of Ukraine.
