Verkhovna Rada adopts draft law "On state registration of legal entities, individuals-entrepreneurs and non-government organizations" as a basis

The draft law No. 2983 offers to regulate the relations in the field of state registration of legal entities, non-government organizations without the status of a legal entity, individuals-entrepreneurs, statutes of territorial communities and symbols. In compliance with the procedure, one the Law take effect, the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs" will lose its force.
