Verkhovna Rada adopts draft law "On state registration of proprietory rights to real estate and their encumbrances" as a basis

The draft law No. 2982 offers to determine organizational and legal principles of state registration of proprietory rights and their encumbrances subject to the registration in compliance with this Law and aims to ensure protection of these rights by the state. In compliance with the procedure, once this Law takes effect, the Law "On state registration of proprietory rights to real estate and their encumbrances" will lose its force.
