Participants of the presentation that took place on July 13, 2015 were Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oksana Syroid, former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, Eurasia Center Director John Herbst and Special Assistant to the Atlantic Council President Maksymilian Czuperski.
