Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy and Justice hosts roundtable entitled "Introduction of mediation institution in Ukraine"

Event participants were people's deputies, representatives of state bodies, experts, non-government organizations and associations. The participants of the meeting discussed the expediency of introduction of the mediation institution in Ukraine and its legislative regulation; fields of application of mediation; practice of application of mediation at courts; role of mediation in out-of-court settlement of disputes, etc.
