Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legislative Support to Enforcement recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft law "On introduction of amendments into Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine" (as to undercover investigation into actions of employees of court and law enforcement bodies) in second reading and on the whole

The Secretariat of the Committee said that during the preparation of the draft law for second reading. The draft law received a total of 12 proposals and remarks from people's deputies.
