Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision decides to continue consultations with state bodies on draft law on reorganization of social insurance funds

On July 1, the meeting of the Committee considered the draft law No. 2775 "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On obligatory state social insurance" as to activity of social insurance funds during the period of reorganization."

The draft law offers to authorize directorates of to-be-reorganized social insurance funds to take measures on reorganization via the merger of social insurance funds as well as to submit draft budgets of social insurance funds for consideration of the Ministry of Social Policy to get further approval by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
