Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Tax Code of Ukraine" (as to ceiling size of rents)

The legislative act rules that the size of rents for state and municipal land plots can exceed 12% of the normative monetary assessment in case a lessee is picked through respective auction.

Respective amendments have been introduced into Item 288.5 of Article 288 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2640.
