The draft law expands exemption of
importation of the following materials from VAT:

— tissues (materials) classified under the commodity subcategories of 3920 10 89 90, 3920 61 00 00, 3921 90 60 00, 5603 14 10 00, 6914 90 00 00 in compliance with Ukrainian Classification of Goods of Foreign Economic Activity and used for the production of helmets;
— tissues (materials) classified under the commodity subcategories of 3920 61 00 00 in compliance with Ukrainian Classification of Goods of Foreign Economic Activity and used for the production of bullet-proof vests.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2202.
