Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law on state registration of proprietory rights to real estate and their encumbrances

According to the Secretariat of the Committee, the draft law No. 2982 offers to introduce amendments into the regulatory acts settling the issue of state registration of proprietory rights to real estate and their encumbrances, aimed at the simplification of respective procedure and at settlement of procedural issues related to the delegation of respective authorities to local self-government bodies.
