The Secretariat of the Committee said that the draft law No. 0021 aims to protect national interests, independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine in conditions of violation of the international law and rules by the Russian Federation. The draft law denounces the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in prevention of emergency situations, fires and dampening of their consequences in population centers with deployed Russia's Black Sea fleet facilities on the territory of Ukraine.
