Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On housing-public utility services" (as to charging of subsidies for pensioners and disabled persons)

The draft law supplements Section 3 of Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On housing-public utility services" with provisions under which subsidies to compensate costs for payment of housing-public utility services, acquisition of liquefied gas, solid and liquid household fuel is calculated, assigned and provided under a simplified procedure to unemployed pensioners and unemployed disabled persons registered at a residential premise (house) and whose family members are only pensioners or disabled people — without address of a citizen on the basis of data from the Pension Fund of Ukraine and other executive bodies and local self-government bodies in order of information exchange.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2676.
