Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On protection of economic competition" (as to determination of fines for breaching the said Law)

The Secretariat of the Committee has said that the draft law No. 2431 envisions that determining the sizes of fines for breaching the Law of Ukraine "On protection of economic competition," bodies of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine apply the Method on Calculation of Size of Fines by bodies of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for breaching the Law of Ukraine "On protection of economic competition."
