Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Tax Code of Ukraine as to peculiarities of taxation and levying of military tax on cash security of servicemen and other persons taking direct part in anti-terror operation"

The legislative act envisions exemption from military tax cash security of employees of law enforcement bodies, servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National Guard of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, External Intelligence Service of Ukraine, State Border Service of Ukraine, employees and servicemen of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ukraine, State Guard Office of Ukraine, State Special Communication and Information Protection Service of Ukraine, and other formations established in compliance with Ukrainian laws, who take direct part in the anti-terror operation.

The law was adopted with remarks of the responsible Committee.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2980.
