Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On introduction of moratorium on forced sale of property" (as to mechanisms of influence on enterprises-debtors)

The draft law No. 2956 offers not to expand the effect of the Moratorium introduced with the Law of Ukraine "On introduction of Moratorium on forced sale of property" for application of forced sale of property to redeem debts to the Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint-stock company and its subsidiaries that had been engaged in natural gas supplies on the basis of respective license.
