Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine" (as to consolidation of transparency of and access to information about activity of Verkhovna Rada, its Committees and people's deputies)

The draft law No. 1591 offers to introduce amendments into a number of Articles of the Laws of Ukraine "On status of people's deputy of Ukraine," "On Verkhovna Rada Committees" and into the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The draft law is destined to raise trust of the society in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, to ensure appropriate level of transparency and openness in the activity of the Ukrainian Parliament, its bodies and people's deputies of Ukraine, to disclose socially-important information and to enhance mechanisms to ensure fairness and prevent corruption in parliamentary work.
