Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine" (as to toughening of fight against poaching and environmental protection)

The legislative act authorizes forestry officials and foresters responsible for control over hunting areas to draw up protocols on administrative offences envisioned by Articles 65, 65-1, 66, 72, 73, 77, 77-1, 85 and 85-1 of the Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1586.
