During the show, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman expressed his confidence that the new Constitution will allow people to manage their life in their own.
Groysman is confident that only after the introduction of amendments into the Constitution of Ukraine, there will be an opportunity to eliminate the post-Soviet system of governing in the country.
He said that "financial decentralization, which is being currently deployed by local authorities, is a great example of our success in moving along the right way."
Groysman also expressed confidence that coalition deputy factions are close to reaching agreement on the local election law.
He said there have to be one single draft law to correspond to several criteria — open lists, maximum possible simplification of voting system and minimization of any violations or chances to bribe voters.
