Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Penal Code of Ukraine" (as to introduction of responsibility for crimes against servicemen of State Border Service, Armed Forces, National Guard, Security Service of Ukraine, External Intelligence Service, State Guard Office of Ukraine)

The draft law offers to envisage criminal responsibility for such actions as purposeful elimination or damaging of property, infringement on life, captivity of servicemen of the State Border Service of Ukraine, Armed Forces of Ukraine, National Guard of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, External Intelligence Service of Ukraine, and the State Guard Office of Ukraine.

Respective amendments are offered to Articles 347-349 of the Penal Code of Ukraine.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1174.
