On behalf of the Ukrainian parliamentarians, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman expressed condolence with relatives of the victims of the flood in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, and wished all people injured in the course of the natural disaster speedy recovery.
