Participants of the Committee meeting noted that the draft law No. 1714 envisages the terms under which executors of house and house-territory maintenance services have to introduce by-house accounting of revenues and expenditures for provided services, as well as they have to monthly report on provision of such services.

Committee members supported the draft law and noted that its adoption would allow removal of defects and discrepancies revealed during the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On housing-public utility services" and create a transparent mechanism of services tariff-making.
