The draft law No. 2836 offers to supplement Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On mobilization training and mobilization" with provisions as to suspension of mobilization during special period of sportsmen on the list of candidates for participation in Olympic and World Games, and their coaches, as well as coaches training candidates for participation in Paralympic and Deaflympic Games.
