The draft law No. 2434 introduces amendments into the effective law to ban sub-leasing in case of letting state and municipal property without holding of respective tenders and envisions promulgation of information about lessee of such property on the Internet.

According to authors of the draft law, its adoption will allow to lower risks of corruption in cases when state and municipal property is let without tender.
