Ukraine calls for comprehensive implementation of the Minsk agreements and notes that agreements on ceasefire must be observed at first. Besides, one of the most important aspects of the agreements that must be observed are the withdrawal of heavy military hardware to the earlier agreed line and enabling of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to verify and confirm the said withdrawal.

People's deputies of Ukraine informed their French colleagues about the violation of the Minsk agreements by the Russian Federation and pro-Russian militants, raised the question of attraction assistance in mine clearing in the antiterrorist operation zone; in humanitarian missions; as well as the toughening of the sanctions against the Russian Federation.
